You will fly normal-category airplanes in remote environments with options to fly into unimproved fields. Two Ways To Attend 1 Owner If you own an airplane, we will help pair you with some expert CFI’s who know the make and model well. As an owner, you are free to do things we can’t always do in rental aircraft, such as land on unimproved strips, dry lake beds, etc. It’s not required but it’s a lot of fun! As an owner, you can join us at the destination or meet up with us along the way. 2 Renter As a renter you will start the journey with us in San Francisco and fly the cross country out to our location. We’ll pair you with a CFI and a bay area flying club. You’ll get to experience the cross country flight from the bay area to our location. Y ou will be responsible for the cost of the rental but we can try and help you find others willing to share that cost.
